Hotel Victoria & Iside Spa, Turin

The hotel was beautifully appointed and elegant, offering everything we expected. However, the spa and pool areas were overcrowded with children and families, making it challenging to relax or find a comfortable spot for almost two hours.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shopping areas. The rooms, while facing the road, had a nice balcony with basic amenities. The service was courteous and friendly, although a bit stressed due to managing some engineers simultaneously. The dining options were great with a wide variety but complicated as buffet style was not allowed. The indoor pool was refreshing after a hot day of sightseeing. The hotel offers good value for money.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were conveniently located near the lift, had a lovely view of the inner yard and terrace, but they tended to get uncomfortably hot at night, affecting my sleep. The service from the staff was friendly and helpful, although there were some delays in being served. The location was fantastic, within walking distance of the old city center and offering great views of the harbor and nightly festivals. The dining options were satisfying with a good variety, but the facilities were crowded at times.

The service is top-notch with helpful, professional, and friendly staff available for room service, dry cleaning, housekeeping, and more. Its location overlooking the city is quiet and convenient, within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and shopping areas. The dining experience is outstanding, offering a buffet with a wide selection of food, although the cold dishes could be improved. The facilities are modern and luxurious, perfect for a comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were a little bit dark at night but extremely clean, and you could feel the freshness in the air. The service was top-notch with friendly and helpful staff. The location was superb, being quiet yet close to everything. The dining options were plenty, and the quality was impressive. Overall, a great value for money.
